No fees through RentVerified
RentVerified does not collect rent, deposits or broker fees through the website. Any payment terms are between the tenant and the property contact.
Acceptable use
- Provide accurate information in forms and listing submissions
- Submit listings only if you are authorised to do so
- Do not misuse enquiry routes, impersonate others or upload misleading content
- Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape or reverse engineer the website
Listings and verification
Publication is not guaranteed. RentVerified may approve, request clarification, decline, update or remove listings at its discretion. A checked status reflects review steps completed, not a guarantee of property condition, ownership or tenancy terms.
Intellectual property
Website branding, layout and original content belong to RentVerified unless otherwise stated. Listing photos and descriptions remain the responsibility of the submitter or rights holder.
Changes
We may update these terms or website content at any time. Continued use of the website after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
