RentVerified.co is a static listing information platform. We do not operate user accounts, payment processing or tenancy agreements through the website.
Information we receive
When you use our contact or submit-listing forms, we receive the details you choose to send, such as name, email, WhatsApp number, rental preferences, listing details, photo links and messages.
How we use information
- Respond to enquiries and listing submissions
- Review, publish, update or remove listings
- Improve listing clarity, safety guidance and platform operations
Form processing
Form submissions are processed through Formspree and delivered to RentVerified email addresses for manual review. Do not submit sensitive identity documents unless we specifically request them.
Sharing
RentVerified does not sell personal data. Information may be shared only as needed to respond to an enquiry, review a listing, route a tenant enquiry to an approved listing contact, or comply with applicable law.
Retention
We retain submissions and related operational records only as long as reasonably needed for enquiry handling, listing management, dispute resolution and legal compliance.
Your choices
You may contact us to request correction or removal of information you submitted, subject to operational and legal requirements.
